Nature is therapy and in Fort Collins there is no better place to find a little Zen than on the Greyrock Trail. Travel 17 miles west up Poudre Canyon and you’ll see a bridge crossing the river marking the trailhead. The seven mile loop takes hikers above the canyon walls, through forests and valleys, with stunning views of Greyrock itself. With over 2,400 feet of elevation gain it’s the perfect hike to stretch your legs and your lungs. So, embrace John Muir’s motto on your way to Greyrock with, “Into the forest I go to lose my mind and find my soul.”
